MTN - useless beyond comprehension

Their service is ****. Their call centre does not work. You can't get hold of an agent (or champion as they like to call themselves).

My account shows a month in arrears every month. I have tried paying the difference in, but then next month they deduct less on my debit order so that next month I am a month behind again. So in short MTN is useless and a waste of time.
