MTN useless

I am now been threatened to be handed over to the credit bureau because my mtn account is in arrears. But why do you still take a debit order when i canceled the debit order 5 times already? Everytime i call for you to switch on my phone you say there is a penalty for the debit order but how many times must i cancel my debit order? Now i am responsible for your mistake.
