Mtn useless as service provider

<p>mtn im utterly disgusted with the kind of service i have received from you on sa****ay morning a sim swap was done on my number when i phoned through on sa****ay i spoke to a 173 consultant who said she will do a reversal on my number after waiting for almost an hour on hold i was told she cannot do the reversal as an investigation will be done and a supervisor was gonna call me after an hour up until today she hasnt called around 7 pm sa****ay night i called again spoke to jason who said the first lady took a wrong sim number and his supervisor was gonna call after an hour till now that supervisor has not bothered i called through again sunday morning same story is this how youll treat loyal customers better yet still the ones that have worked for you for 5 years i even put a status on facebook and the response i received yesterday was to inbox my details until now i have not received any response </p>
