MTN useless as always!!

My Husband passed away two months ago. I have been trying ever since to transfer his debt to my name so that I can honor his debt. After 3 times driving up and down to MTN Centurion, the transfer was not done and I was declined. Is MTN so stupid that they don't want to be paid? Don't they realize that they are not going to get paid as they keep on trying to deduct money from a frozen bank account. All ou debt that we had together is in an estate. I can't do anything about that untill the eatate is finalised. Either they transfer the account to my name or I am not going to pay them! MTN can go and fly a kite for all I care. They will also not be able to claim anything as I have already made sure of that. Catch a wake up MTN!!!!!!!
