MTN USELESS AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? REALLY WHERE???

Recently Fradualent Transactions occured on my MTN account. NOW i am being double billed I am actually quite Irate with the response from customer care Good day Sir\Madam,

That DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION WHY I WAS DOUBLE BILLED AND ITS EXACTLY 2 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF MY MONTHLY CONTRACT!!!!!!
