MTN USELESS

MTN I have been struggling to sort out my debit order with you since December 2019 and you are nowhere!!! You double my debit order every month and my account is up to date. I even had to do your work for you by sending my bank statements to you showing payments and still you do nothing. Today you have suspended my outgoing calls and messages because you are not doing your work. Your customer service is useless and staff is rude.

You leave me no option to cancel my contract with you and give you up to the consumer protection act.
