Mtn useless

Soo I get a call from Mtn saying my current account is being topped up a lot with data.. True. They offer me a notebook deal with some data.. Seems good. However, they don't t check my signal strength at home. No mtn network at home.. Useless. I have a brand new netbook.. No Internet access.. Omw. Can't they check your location first before selling you something useless. Not happy and stuck for 3 years!!!
