Mtn- Useless!!
So as expected, Mtn never provided me with any feedback wrt my previous complaint. I still haven't received any statements although I have requested this numerous times. I received an sms indicating that my monthly tariff has been increased yet I received no formal communication from Mtn wrt this. I contacted the call center and was told that there was a price increase....HELLO I have signed a two year contract at a standard rate!!!! I again enquired about my monthly statement only to realise AGAIN that they have captured the incorrect email address for the 50000th time..... absolutely ridiculous!!! I cannot wait to cancel this contract. Mtn is useless!!

Please be advised that the contract pricing were revised and became effective from the 13th of May 2015, applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All affected subscribers were notified via sms of the changes on the 15th of April 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
