MTN useless

I took out a contract with MTN firstly the price they advised and the price they charge is way to much. Secondly I asked that they deduct my account on the 25th of each month which they don't do so when they don't recieve payment they block the phone and charge double before unblocking the phone I asked for my account to be debited a certain date for a reason who the hell gets paid on the 17th of each month really now the consultants are rude MTN is no more the same and not advisable to either get a phone or sim card useless brand
