MTN useless
My brother bought me a phone via MTN contract. He phoned them last week to find out why his debit order is not going off his bank and then person said there systems are down so they couldn't help him. Phoned again today just before 4pm and now a voice recording says the call centre is closed. How does this work as it says there is 24/7 assistance on there website for MTN Contract customers. My phone has been suspended. Contract isn't that old yet he gave MTN his banking details to be debited but they just don't debit now they suspend phone. Fault on there side no one has even been in contact with him yet regarding payment and call centre clearly doesn't work.
