MTN Useless
I have been with MTN for over 20 years. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with them. I would NOT EVER recommend anyone EVER signs up with them. I have had endless problems with them over and over again, all due to their own incompetence, with promise after promise being made and never kept. An entire day has been spent on the phone with this useless company and my problem has yet to be resolved - the problem is entirely based on their 'back-end' systems. This is just one of hundreds of issues I've had with them over the years. I am about to port my number, why I've waited so long is beyond me. So for anyone looking for a cell phone service provider I would NOT recommend MTN!

I don't even think you tried to find out or "improve your service delivery". Can you not see that there are almost daily postings on HelloPeter regarding MTN - does this not say a lot about your company. Have a look to see when a post was last posted for e.g. Vodacom. I don't think you guys even care...

It's almost been a month and I am STILL having the same nightmare issue with your company. The one department says it's not them, then the other department says the same thing! NO ONE is willing to try sort this out - a problem I might add is 100% your doing and 100% because of your useless backend systems. My next step is to bill you for loss of earnings due to all the time I have spent with your useless company trying to sort this out!!! Someone get back to me and sort this out!
