MTN useless
I got a call from MTN asking me to upgrade my phone, as it would be cheaper for me. So i said that would be ok, but the idiots did the upgrade on the wrong phone, and not my linked phone. I have been given the run around from MTN who says they did not do the upgrade but it was CCS Outsourcing. But no one knows who CSS outsouring is and how to contact them. How pathetic is this.

As per our telephone conversation we would cancel the upgrade that was done incorrectly and then you can go do the correct upgrade.
I will email you once all the above is completed.
