Mtn useless

In a week's time it will be a month since I tried to upgrade.,and the wrong phone was allocated. Does it take mtn a month to resolve any problems?..the fault was from your side, not mine. I get phone calls from you agents, who tells me they will get back to me the next day, and sure as hell I never hear from them again. Please!!!!!
