Mtn useless

MTN debit my account.on 4 May eith a double payment of R1018 but my devit amount must be only R509 per month as per contract i signed on the 4 May i reverse that debit of R1018 and i also informed them how many times per email because this 083135 does not help at all then on 6 May they refund me back with R509 and no ine calles as i asked to call me then i asked them to take it back but they did not and told me my account.is R1527 which is for 3 months payment and i told them it cant be for 3.months and i paid by Eft the 509 back to them and i informed them but still my account was nit rectify and corrected then they just took R1527 so it is tripple payment i also called them to ask why and to cancel my debit order that i can pay by EFT each month and the lady was busy to do that then she just cut me off so till now i am strugling to speak to them with no luck and also send mails again that i eant my R1018 back in less than 24hrs or i will take this matter further, this never happened before and i am with MTN for many years i just wamt them to correct my account my payment must be R509 not dulouble or tripple they madr the mess at 1st then i paid them back and do my part but not dotb calk me or not even try to fix it i want my money back and when its time to cancel i will cancrl and go to another service profider MTN is useless and does not care hoe many people mails me at a time as long ad they can take money from you i will take it further if i dont have my mony by tomorriw this time
