MTN upsells with penalty of migration costs.

So MTN sold me to extend my contract to another 24 months. With the guise that I will pay less.

My contract was coming to an end within 1.5 months when the upsell took place. But, here's the kicker: I was not told about I'd pay package migration costs the very next month. Instead of them waiting for my contract to run out, before they call to sell, they upsell with a penalty (migration cost).

Don't be caught out by a very shrewd sale campaign by MTN.
