MTN Upgrades without handset delivery - consumer protection act

I had my upgrade done yesterday by Samuel. I was told the handset with upgrade was available and the courier company will call me to set up delivery which was 2-3 working days. No calls received. When I tried to contact upgrades, my upgrade was activated so I could not get through to the dept. I had to call an alt no. Finally got though and a rude lady called Nicolette told me this delivery will take a month and a half as they had a backlog. How can my upgrade be activated with my handset which is on a higher package. I need my handset delivered by Friday latest or my up grade should be cancelled where I could then go to a provider who will be honest and satisfy my needs. Very disappointed in underhanded approach of mtn.
