MTN UPGRADES SUCKS

Appernetly i did an upgrade online on my cotract as well as a new contract online Mondo whom delivered these devices has since arrange Collection of 2 /samsung z4 Fold and i was informed today this entire process will take 3 months to reverse as a loyal customer i like to know should i rather end all my 6 numbers with MTN as no one can clarify and proff that i have done these upgrades or a new line
