MTN Upgrades stuck for more than 30 days

Two of my Five MTN upgrades are stuck with MTN, and the feedback is that the orders are stuck due to system issues. Surely MTN can sort this out in 30 days. Escalations via normal channels are getting me nowhere, and seems like MTN believe it will resolve itself. Been a MTN client for more than 10 years, but this experience is making me think that it's time for a change.......
