MTN Upgrades Irritating Cold calls that do not stop!

MTN upgrades have been phoning me unsolicited for months. Blocking the number does not deter them - keep using another. Killing the call has no effect. Are they just stupid? Can they not get the obvious message that I NOT INTERESTED!
