MTN Upgrades Department

MTN - I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating. I upgraded my contract on the 23rd of June 2023 - my contract included a Samsung Watch A4. The upgrade was approved and stock was confirmed by the consultant. 10 working days later, I haven't heard a peep and I called the MTN upgrades department just to be told that there aren't watches, it was end of life. There was NO COMMUNICATION from them to inform me that there would be no more watches and the consultants I dealt with were very unaccommodating. MTN is still advertising these deals with the watches in their July 2023 Yellow Trader.

In addition to this, I am not sure if anyone has experienced their talk time minutes disappearing. I speak for 2 minutes and they will take 30 minutes off your account.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with MTN!!!!!
