MTN ***** Upgrades--- Be careful with MTN

I am profoundly dissatisfied with MTN and their service consultants. I only recently learned that my data-only SIM card had been upgraded; it appears that the upgrade was performed in person at the Menlyn Center. I comp**** with the MTN consultant's request for documentation and was granted a 21-day waiting period. I informed MTN that 21 days would pass after the dates of my statements, which would have placed my name in arrears. I begged them to remove my name from their list of those in arrears until my name was cleared. (Ref No - ***) MTN I need this to be sorted ASAP
