MTN upgrades at iStore Rosebank is a pain

I am cancelling my contract after being with the network for 10 years due to lack of service by one of sales partners (iStore Rosebank). The lady by the name of Caroline Nyathi was everywhere and is the reason for my contract cancellation. I spent over 3 hours at the store processing an upgrade that didn’t go through because she’s putting wrong information. This level of incompetence is intolerable
