MTN upgrades

MTN has absolutely poor service. I app**** for a cell phone upgrade and it’s been 3weeks and I haven’t even gotten my device delis to me, and this is not the first time, I always experience troubles with my MTN contracts when I’m supposed to upgrade and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years.This will be my last contract with them.
