MTN Upgrade - Worst service ever !!!

Phone Upgrades on *** on 24 February 2020 to upgrade nr to a laptop. Person on phone said "hold on I'm checking stock and came back to say there is 1 laptop in stock". We continued with the whole application, verification, terms and conditions. Spoke 26 minutes in total. Said I will receive the T's and C's via email and I have 5 days to phone if I do not accept them.

Two days past with no email. I phones same number, talked to 4 people (upgrade put me through to retention that put me through to think icc" Say there is no stock and there is no upgrade on my nr. Put me then through to a number that sounded like an answering machine. Total Call 17 minutes

I phoned back again. Same story, I have to explain everything again. 13 minutes later and 3 person later I am informed that the application was not completed. He said he contacted the person that helped me initially on 24th, but she is busy. Will phone me back.

Nobody phoned me back. This is the worst serves ever. I was a client of MTN for over 8 years. I am cancelling all 3 of my contracts and will not recommend MTN to anyone in the future.
