MTN UPGRADE UNRELIABLE

Worst experience ever, customer since 1997/98 upgrade one cellphone nr in November still no phone the special is over and yet only receiving mails that they are busy, an upgrade that was supposed to take 1-3 days with delivery has become 14business days with no solution. Bad bad bad will not recommend MTN to anyone.
