MTN Upgrade- Terrible Service

Very disappointing service received upon renewal of my contract. Advised courier company will call me to confirm delivery of handset. This never happened. I ended up calling to find out that there was no order number. Called the MTN call center again only to be transferred 4 times to be eventually told to call the 135 number again. No one could assist me and 2 of the 4 consultants told that my details were on a new system and they could not assist as they didn’t have access. The last guy advised that my upgrade request was cancelled and that I need to call back. I then mailed my concern through to a complaints email address. Still waiting. Been with MTN for close to 20 years. Now considering cancelling altogether.
