MTN UPGRADE TEAM WORSE SERVICE EVER

Worse service ever. I have been struggling since 6/10 to do an upgrade after they phoned me. Now my account is blocked for an upgrade since no one can assist to cancel the pending upgrade on their system. Not even a manager. I think this is pathetic, unprofessional and ***********. Nonthandazo Gibisela click the frikken button to cancel the upgrade to enable me to proceed with someone that is willing to assist. Surely other service providers would be happy to obtain a new customer.
