MTN Upgrade Services

It has been a rather frustrating experience as I am trying to upgrade my contract with a laptop but to no avail. Your stores do not have stock of products and no one seems to be contacting me with any resolutions. I have sent numerous e-mails and contacted the mtn customer care but you guys are always offline. I have visited your Cornubia mall store on the 06th June 2020 as well and they too did not have any stock of the product I want. I was promised that someone would contact me as soon as possible but three weeks later I am still waiting for that phone call. The phone lines at the Gateway Mall and Cornubia Mall just keeps on ringing. I even have to wonder if anybody still works there. The customer service e-mails and contact number is even a bigger joke. I have been with you guys for the past 6 years with no problems up until now. I am so dissapointed with how mtn treat their loyal customers.
