Mtn - Upgrade service non existant

<p>I am due to upgrade my contract at Mtn. I went in to the store at Wonderboom Junction on 28 March, but they did not have my preferred phone. I was told they would order the phone from Mtn Brooklyn and they will let me know when the phone arrives. It has taken over a week and numerous phone calls from my side to only find out that there is no phone. When I asked the consultant what to do next , he just sighed and did not even care if I cancell my contract. This is really poor service, and Mtn stands to lose a customer that has been with them for over 10 years.</p>
