MTN Upgrade ****

My MTN account was renewed with Summer Sun Trading in February 2020. The new device was never received and my assumption was that the contract was never renewed. I now tried to perform an upgrade an the MTN store and they advise that I cannot upgrade until October 2022. I have queried with MTN and they have agreed to revert the contract to prior to the upgrade. I now cannot get hold of anyone to follow up on this promise 10 days later. I am pushed from pillar to post and various different numbers that are unanswered or loop with voice menus. I am a health care professional that needs to be on call so having a reliable cell device is imperative. I expect an urgent response from MTN to resolve.
