mtn upgrade '****'

I upgraded on the 9th on June. On the contract that I chose I was suppose to receive a Bonus Value of 2gb anytime data and 100 anytime minutes (this is bonus to the made for me Small data and minutes. On the 17th of june I wasnt credited with the Bonus Value data and minutes. I contacted the mtn representative that helped with the upgrade. To this day, with no success. I also contacted the call center (I have the reference nr) I was told that they agree, I should have received the minutes and data, they will lock a query and I should receive it within 3 to 5 working days. Guess what, still nothing!!! ONE THING MTN IS GOOD AT: THEY CAN CERTAINLY GIVE YOU LESS FOR MORE MONEY...... Shocking!!
