MTN upgrade ****

MTN has an upgrade ****. They sell more expensive packages with less benefit and lie that the package is superior. They are unwilling to engage with the customer and correct. It's impossible to speak to anyone in authority. They do not return emails nor calls. All you get is automated responses and no action. There is zero care for customers. They phone customers offering a contract upgrade and you get a downgrade. I would like MTN to now call me to fix this. Peter
