MTN Upgrade Ref 1-***

I have app**** for an upgrade with Kreason Govendor, on the 12 of July till today I haven’t received any feedback with regards to my application as it just shows that it’s pending.

Each time I call MTN they tell me that there is nothing they can do except to send an email to him. Am not getting any feedback from anyone at MTN, my application has been on the system for a month now. Lack of humanly and competency in MTN it’s a disgrace as I have to call each an everyday and I can’t get any help, they claim they can’t override the application until he is done with it.

I never get any assistance from MTN as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Emails are being sent to Kreason there is always no response.
