MTN Upgrade process with no hassles

I have been with MTN for many years since my initial contract with them in 2008 and havent looked back, upgrading has always been easy, i had a lady ( wish i remembered her name) called me 2 weeks back explaining different options and packages, contacted me back everytime when i couldnt decide. Thank for making the process simple, everything via phone call or at a MTN store.
