MTN upgrade problem

I have always loved MTN but I am really disappointed. I was approved for an upgrade telephonically for a Lenovo Gaming 3 laptop over 2 months ago and today DSV couriers arrive with a small box containing a Samsung phone that I did not ask for (which I refused to sign for)? I don't know who to contact anymore because the consultant that contacted me is no longer answering my emails.
