MTN UPGRADE PROBLEM

i have upgrade one of my 6 mtn cellphone contracts on the 24th Feb via mtn direct , after a delay my tablet were delivered , 2 days later i contacted mtn direct to return the unit i was told to deliver it to mtn or thambo whom refused to take the unit . after numberous calls i was promised the unit will be collected by the 20th March .my problem is im not happy as im paying for something that i dont need or use and yet MTN is still to cancel this contract . Maybe someone at MTN direct can reply and informed me what is happening as i intend to cancel all my contracts with MTN.
