Mtn upgrade pending... our systems does not LINK

Mtn is the pits! I am due for an upgrade, I checked... dialed 135...you are due for an upgrade... so I went to MTN Centurion mall to upgrade... Well the customer care consultant informed me that the information on my mtn app and the upgrade date on their system does not correspond... how is this possible.. well we are transferring from one system to another and your app is giving you incorrect information... I have not one, not two BUT three mtn contracts... and that's the service I received...
