MTN upgrade online disgusting service

I did an upgrade on 26th May. Not because I want to be married to MTN. I DONT. but for a new phone. So my upgrade was approved. Lots of sms's confirming that. But NO phone, no tracking no, no confirmation of a phone.

What is going on. their no. for retentions has no response. I am mad and want to cancel my upgrade now due to lack of fulfillment on their part.
