mtn upgrade offers confusion
Mtn called me last week to notify me that i have an upgrade due
as per the usual the upgrade offer is lower than my current allocations
every year they offer what they call personalized offers which never are
to further confusion they advised me im due for upgrade but then send me a message saying im due for upgrade in a years time
mtn i have been with you for years kindly offer a deal in line with my current allocations
and further advise why yourre requesting for an upgrade now if my app and your smses are advising my deal still runs till november 2026 ?
