Mtn upgrade not delivered

Upgraded my data bundle on there app on 04/11/21, I got an email as confirmation, to date I haven't received my new device. After a 15 minute phone call, it turns out they gave the courier my contract number, it's a data bundle people, Sim card is in a pocket router, how can I answer that!! Surely mtn should know what bundle I have with them... To date, still no new device couried to me..
