MTN upgrade not being honored and no one can help.

I did my upgrade with mtn on 1 February 2022 for a combo deal that had a samsung s21 fe smartphone and with this deal aq samsung tablet. I recieved the s21 fe only on the 18th March 2022(almost 2months after doing the upgrade). There was no tablet in the box i recieved. Then after eventually getting through to someone to query this, they tell me i need to claim this tablet on the samsung shop online. When i got in to the samsung site it clearly states that this combo deal expired at the end of February 2022. Now im not getting any help from mtn parter mondo, they drop the phone in my ear and/or literally hold on for hours to speak with someone and never get through. So MTN can take back this phone and cancel my contract with you guys as you have not delivered the contract i took out. WORST CELLULAR SERVICE IN SA by a mile.
