MTN Upgrade NO SERVICE
I app**** for an upgrade on my contract on the 6th of July at MTN Vryheid. I was then told you please give them a copy of my latest payslip which I issued on Tuesday. I phoned on Monday (13 July) to do a follow-up as I have not heard anything from them, then 30min later I received a sms saying that the Credit Check has started. Up until now I have not heard anything from MTN. Though i was told that I will receive my upgrade in 7-10 days. I even tried to do a upgrade with MTN Online, but also no response. I have been a MTN customer for many years.

As I mentioned to her that the only time some progress gets made is when I phone to followup.
I was told yesterday that they are still waiting for stock, but when I went into the store to apply for the upgrade I was told that stock was available at the warehouse and I opted to get the phone delivered to my house. Now all of a sudden I received my contract via email. Three weeks ago I didn't have to sign anything when I wanted to do the upgrade.
I was told that I would receive the phone in 7-10 days, now I was told that I would receive it next week.

I eventually received my upgrade from DSV on Friday. When I opened the box not all the contents were there, that were advertised on the special.
