MTN upgrade no received

I have app**** for an upgrade in November 2021 and it was approved. I still haven't received my new phones yet. I have phoned the call center, and the sales offices. They don't answer their phones. When will I received our upgrades? These are the numbers provided for me for the sales offices; *** & ***. This is my upgrade ref: ***. I have emailed *** and ***, no response received from them.
