MTN upgrade nightmare, stay away from this company !

I upgraded my contract with MTN retentions department telephonically on 31 Jan 2020 and 5 days later i still have no phone. No one can tell me when the phone will be delivered, they just say during the week, yet its courier delivery and i need to be available during on the date and time they deliver. I also tried to cancel the upgrade and was told i cant do that. This is really pathetic service and staff are so unhelpful, im probably going to pay these contracts up and move to another cell provider because im truly disgusted by the service.
