Mtn upgrade nightmare Every single time

I have been thrown from pillar to post to get my upgrade done since 3 November now no one can tell me when it will be delivered the status or anything helpful - it is a gift and i have to beg to upgrade in time willing to pay the early upgrade but no status to where my phone is - so i know i will be billed for the early upgrade and still be without my new cell
