Mtn upgrade nightmare

MTN is the most useless network.

For the past month and a half I have tried to upgrade after they have phoned me to say I am ready for an upgrade.

After the first order they said after 7 days that the order has not been submitted and "submitted'' the order. Another 7 days goes by now the order has not been approved from head offices. Okay so we wait. Another 7 days go by and then they say there is no stock.

I then cancled the order. I phoned them twice to make sure the order has been cancled. I went into Istore and the whole process was done and we needed to wait for the credit check. Last night 11/08/2024 18:21 we received the "great news" the credit check was successful.

I phone twice this morning 12/08/2024 and both times they have comfirmed that the credit check is successful. I get to istore everything went well when MTN send again to say sorry but credit check has not been successful. We resubmitted everything and now they said they need the biometrics. We went back to MTN got it from them and now still nothing because offices are closed.

And this was not the only case at the store. As we enter the MTN store in Menlyn a lady that is working in the store sitting on the lap of another male empoyee in the store.
