MTN Upgrade Issues

I have been struggling since the beginning of February 2024 to upgrade my contract. Although the shop assistant does everything from her side, I still cannot upgrade. She has logged calls, but it's been 7 days and still not sorted. MTN has gone from the best service provider to the worst service provider.
