MTN UPGRADE ISSUE

I have asked MTN to help me with an upgrade now for 3 months and still no feedback, im very disappointed as ive been a customer since 1999. Apparently im still on there old Legacy system and they cant migrate me to the new system. So how do i carry on with MTN and do an upgrade when they cant help. Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Many Thanks Darko
