MTN UPGRADE IS TERRIBLE

I went to the MTN store at Carnival Mall to upgrade my device on a Saturday and when i get home i changed my mind as the device is a bit smaller than expected, i went the following day and asked for a plus and the same guy was very rude to me yoo.I know MTN allows customers to return a device if they change their mind within a specific time but this guy refused.

This bad for business.
