MTN upgrade hell

This a disgrace of service that MTN is giving to a contract customer for the past 16 years. I am being given the run around regarding an upgrade that I did on the MTN website on the 9/9/2020 and received the contract via email on the 10/9/2020. They have no idea where the devices that I ordered are. If there was an option to rate negative stars, I would.....
